Agents Legacy Group LLC dba RightFitPlans.com is licensed and certified to sell Medicare Health Plans including Part D Prescription Drug plans, HMO, PFFS, HMO-POS and PPO plans in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

 

Medicare Health and Part D Prescription Drug Plans are insured or covered by a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract and/or a Medicare-approved Part D sponsor. Enrollment in a plan depends on the plan’s contract renewal with Medicare. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium to be enrolled in a Medicare Health Plan aka Medicare Advantage Plan.

The formulary, pharmacy network, and/or provider network may change at any time. Not all prescriptions are available on all formularies. Ask a RightFitPlans agent to assist you in determining the availability of specific prescription drugs prior to enrolling.

Limitations, co-payments, and restrictions apply to all Medicare Health Plans aka Medicare Advantage Plans and Part D Prescription Drug Plans.. Benefits, premiums and/or co-payments/co-insurance may change on January 1st of each year.

Not all of the plans available thru RightFitPlans.com, or available in your service area, are included in the "Enroll Online" or the "Compare Plans"  sections of this site. For a complete list of plans available thru RightFitPlans agents please call our toll free number.  For a complete listing of plans in your service area please contact 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY users should call 1-877-486-2048), 24 hours a day/7 days a week or consult www.medicare.gov. Online enrollment is only one option to enroll, paper enrollment is also available thru a RightFitPlans agent.

Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-Star rating system. Star Ratings are calculated annually and may change from year to year. Ask a Right Fit Plans agent about the star rating for plans in which you are interested.

You are not required to provide any health related information unless it will be used to determine enrollment eligibility.

Sales agents/producers may be compensated based on your enrollment in a health plan providing the agent submits your request to enroll online or with a paper application. Utilizing an agent's services does not change your benefits or cause you to incur an additional fee.

 
Cost estimates are based on the information shown under My Information, using data about past experiences by beneficiaries with similar attributes and the premiums and benefits provided by the plan. Your actual costs may vary. Monthly medical costs are represented by annual figures, divided by twelve.

Some plans may require the use of network contracted providers (physicians, hospitals or other health care professionals).  if you want a specific provider, a Right Fit Plans agent can assist you  in determining if the  provider you want is available on the plan you choose.
