RightFit is our copyrighted term meaning assisting our prospects with identifying and enrolling in the insurance contract that has the appropriate benefits, terms and conditions for their unique needs. RightFit agents work totally on a commission basis, earn full commissions and get paid directly from the companies they represent. We call our agents RightFit agents because each agent is encouraged to offer a wide range of Medicare insurance plans and to present those plans in a manner that allows the prospect to choose knowledgeably from among the options available to that prospect. Hopefully for the agent, he will have an option for each client that is the RightFit. However, from time to time, the RightFit will mean that a client keeps their current coverage or they will take coverage offered by their employer. A passion to do the right thing and the foresight to understand that in the long run, doing the right thing by our prospects will result in a successful insurance career is the primary prerequisite a prospective agent must have.
