“I’ve been a licensed insurance agent since 2010, but was in the finance industry for over 35 years before that. I’ve done everything from county government budget development to serving as a stock broker and spending ten years as an Investment Banker in a major Dallas firm. As exciting and interesting as the finance industry may be, I find helping families and individuals with their health insurance, life insurance, long term care and Medicare needs to be much more meaningful.

 

The relationships I’ve built in this industry are the type that will last a long time – I’m not merely a salesman to my clients, but part of their family. By understanding their short term and long term financial and healthcare needs and goals, I’m able to stay informed on changes in their life needs and keep them educated on developments in the financial and healthcare fields that will allow me to serve them better.

 

I did my undergraduate work in Public Management at Pepperdine University, and earned a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University in Fullerton, California. I am a Vietnam Veteran (Navy), and I have two daughters and a grandson. I sing bass with The Vocal Majority, one of the top men’s choruses in the world. I don’t claim to be that good of a singer, but I sing with the best. My hobbies include performing with The Vocal Majority, sailing my forty-two year old sailboat on Lake Grapevine, and spending time being Dad and Granddaddy.”
